Long term tenant Mr Anthony Mahoney received a bottle of wine from branch manager Melanie Bowen on reaching his 21st year as a tenant with East Midlands Property Management.
Mr Mahoney has lived in the same house for 21 years and has seen, what is now EMPM, go through many changes including name and ownership. Our team at Grantham under the supervision of Melanie manages the property that Mr Mahoney lives in.
Melanie said “I was pleased to present Anthony with a bottle of wine as it has been a pleasure having him as a tenant. It is unusual for tenants to stay in one property for so long, on average a tenant would be in a property for around 2-3 years. In fact he’s been a tenant with us longer than any of the current staff have worked for the company!”
