Rachel Ledua - Branch Manager
Rachel has worked in the property sector for over 20 years. She has worked for EMPM Ltd since 2013, although she worked for firm 10 years previously, she knows a good thing when she sees it!
She is qualified to Level 3 of the Technical Award in Residential letting and Property Management QCF so she knows her legals cans and cant do’s!
She is very busy bringing up her twins, attending the gym, going to gigs and likes to do charity fund raising where ever possible, there has been a sky dive along with the odd mud run, so be prepared to see cake sales taking place and food bank collections when you visit!
Sue Hill - Senior Letting Administrator
Sue has worked for EMPM since 2007. As she has been a landlord, Sue understands the dilemmas’ that landlords can face and what they want. Previously she worked in residential sales so has the knowledge when it comes to sales advice. Sue primarily looks after new applicants and moves tenants into their homes, she will ensure that checks are made and Right to Rent Legislations are followed; she will register the deposits and ensure that everything is compliant ready for your tenant(s) to move in or if she’s not satisfied then they won’t be moving!!
Sue has worked and lived in Newark and Grantham for quite some years and knows both areas very well. She enjoys looking after her grandchildren and relaxing on the golf course in her spare time along with some personal training at the gym.

Susan Wilkinson - Accounts Administrator & Lettings Negotiator
Sue joined EMPM in 2016, primarily coming from a financial and customer service background. Sue is our accounts champion, we wouldn’t run this office without her, she makes all the payments to our landlords and contractors and makes sure all those rents are in and that the arrears are next to none! The accounts is a tightly run ship!
She also works in the front office with the team a couple of days a week where she carries out inspections, viewings and move ins. She ensures that the electrical safety certificates are in place and that the invoices are processed efficiently.
Sue has worked and lived in Newark and the local area all her life, her knowledge of the places of interest and transport network is second to none! In her spare time runs a local Guide Unit, she has two grown up children and she is also a member of Newark Striders Running Club where she is completing a number of charity runs, although if its raining dont expect to see her out!! Sue enjoys a good glass of wine, or two.. along with many social weekends away and holidays to see her daughter in Canada whenever she can.

Ruth Salmon - Lettings Negotiator
Ruth has been with the team at the Newark office since 2018, previously having had a varied career from beauty therapy right through to working in criminal defence. Ruth works in our front office team as a lettings negotiator and administrator. Ruth’s work involves all aspects of the letting process from taking and handling queries, viewings through to application processing and move ins, to inspections and now has taken on the challenge of moving some of tenants out which isn’t the most favored job in the office!
Her personality allows her to deal with all types of queries / customers / requests that come her way. She has a very positive impact of the office and if you don’t see her smiling then it must be a really bad day at the office so maybe drop by with some cake or crumpets pop that smile back on!
Ruth has lived in Newark for the past 5 years with her two daughters and various collection of small pets and when not feeding the menagerie, Ruth is a member of the Newark ladies squash club where her confidence is growing and the matches are being won! She enjoys a good film at the cinema, a good shopping trip and social gin nights with her friends!
Amanda Wojak - Lettings Negotiator
Amanda joined the team in 2019 and comes with a very high level of customer service. Her back ground is predominately Dentistry and Beauty which enables her to be attentive and understanding when required although she is no push over so be warned!! Her personality shines through and she is very much a people person where nothing is too much hassle for her, she will always endeavour to get an answer for you.
Amanda covers a variety of aspects of the role such as viewings, inspections, move ins and also helps on the accounts and book keeping when required.
She lives locally to Newark and has done for the past couple of years, she finds the town vibrant, filled with boutiques, shops and she’s even discovered the café with the best sweet potato fries for miles!
Amanda enjoys anything to do with interior design, so going in and out of properties is the ideal job where she can gauge ideas or perhaps give advice to landlords and tenants when required!
Random Fact: Amanda has previously won both a bronze and a gold in an international cake decorating competition, although we are yet to sample if she can bake just as well as she can decorate!
