Set Up Fee: equivalent to 1 months rent up to a maximum of £720.00 inc vat

  • Preparation of Tenancy Paperwork
  • Arrange for Signing of Tenancy Agreement

  • Inventory – additional charge of £120.00 inc vat
  • Tenancy Check Out – additional charge of £120.00 inc vat

Enhance

Management Fee: 13.2% inc vat
Set Up Fee: £360.00 inc vat

  • Non resident Account to HMRC
  • Payment of Supplier Invoices
  • Free Rental Assessment
  • Pre-Tenancy Risk Assessment
  • Organise Gas, Electric & Legionnaire Check
