Sue Hill joined East Midlands Property Management team in April 2007 as a Receptionist. During the last 11 years Sue has been based at the firm’s Newark office on Cartergate and is now a Senior Lettings Administrator.
Sue’s main role is to deal with new applications, tenants moving in and out of properties, ensuring that all the correct checks are made for tenants and landlords are compliant. Sue’s experience means that she can cover of aspects of the lettings process. Having previously worked in residential sales and having been a landlord, she understands the dilemmas’ that landlords can face and what they want.
Having worked and lived in Newark and Grantham for quite some years, Sue knows both areas very well.
Sue enjoys looking after her grandchildren and in her spare time she enjoys relaxing on the golf course along with some personal training at the gym.
