Lettings is our business, not just part of it!

Leading up to Christmas, the team at East Midlands Property Management in Grantham, collected food and clothing for a local charity ‘The Passage’.

The collection consisted of food, toiletries, hats, scarves, blankets and socks, which were all donated by local people and businesses.

Melanie Bowen, Manager at EMPM says “Being involved in collecting items for ‘The Passage’ has really opened our eyes to the work that the charity does. So much so that we have decided to continue collecting these much needed items throughout 2019.”

The donations were greatly appreciated by the Charity, which offers support and assistance to the homeless and vulnerable within Grantham and the surrounding area. Poverty Concerns Group which incorporates ‘The Passage’ was formed in 2001, and offers a safe and non judgmental meeting place, company, hot food and drinks seven day a week through various churches in Grantham.
